WHAT IS JOHN HUPPER RETURN POLICY?

We strive towards providing you with the best customer experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 10-days from the date of receipt for 100% reimbursement of the amount paid. You are required to return the product in its original and unused condition along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any). You are welcome to try on a product however, the adequate measure to preserve its condition is necessary.

Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid for all the orders. For orders with a minimum value of Rs500/-, a shipping cost of Rs 50/- or Rs100/- will be incurred.

JOHN HUPPER 10-day Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, John Hupper Return & Exchange policy offers you an option to return or exchange a product within 10 days from the date of receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, any exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
In case of return to get a NEFT transfer of the amount paid.

Conditions for Return and Refund and Exchange for a multiple product order.

  •  For order(s) that has multiple product in it, partial or complete refund is applicable. You need to return the order and the refund  is payable through the store credits in your John Hupper wallet.
  •  For single product order, refund is applicable and payable either through the store credits or a NEFT transfer.
  •  If any of the product(s) in a multiple product order is defective/ damaged, or wrong size and you are looking for a return, in such case, the payment is made through the store credits.
  •  If any of the product(s) in a multiple product order is damaged/defective or wrong size and you are looking for an exchange, we  will be more than happy to exchange it, however subject to availability.

At the time of return, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories, tags, and its invoice.

Following shipping charges conditions are applicable.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED IF -The product you wish to return has quality issue.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED IF: The product you wish to return that has any issue other than size/product quality.

You can also opt for the John Hupper store credits. This credit does not have any expiration date and can be used to purchase any product from John Hupper. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check. If the product passes the quality check, the return procedure is then initiated. It is to be noted that the time taken while processing your return request depends on the time it takes for the courier company to deliver the packet to our returns processing facility.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

WHERE DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT(S)?

You can send the return to our warehouse at the following address:

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Once you've placed a return request with our customer care, it usually takes up to 72-hours to have the product get picked up from your location. The product once received at our warehouse undergoes a quality check which takes up to 48-hours. As soon as the product passes the quality check, store credits are given to your John Hupper Wallet.

WILL YOU PICK UP RETURNS FROM MY HOME/OFFICE?

Of course! We take care of all necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location. However, if we're unable to provide a pickup in your postal code, we request you to self-ship the package through a courier of your choice. In such case, we reimburse the cost of shipment to your John Hupper wallet in the form of store credits to a maximum of Rs 250/- For this, you will be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at support@johnhupper.in

ARE THERE CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

Almost  all products are returnable.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

In case of prepaid returns, the amount will be credited back to your account within 6-7 working days after the product has passed the quality check process.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT ON MY OWN, DO I GET BACK THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Yes! Any product self-shipped entitles you to receive the cash back (check our shipping charges conditions below). Any amount reimbursed is payable to your John Hupper account in the form of store credits. For this, you will be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at support@johnhupper.in

Shipping charges will NOT be deducted if

  • The product you wish to exchange has size issue
  •  The product you wish to return has quality issue.
  • The product you received is damaged/defective.
  • The product has to be exchanged or customer opts for store credit.

Shipping charges will be deducted if:

  • The product you wish to return that has any issue other than size/product quality.
